Low-cost or Free learning Sites With Certificates of Completion

LinkedIn Learning - If you are a veteran this is free. Sign up for a free Linked premium account to get started.

Udemy - They have tons of low-cost options often deeply discounted when they are running promotions. Just make sure to choose a class related to your focus and ensure it has good reviews. I will create a list of recommend courses at some point to help you out.

Coursera - /u/ovo_Reddit on Reddit recommend to me Coursera the other day. He said that he recommends this to his students and that some people can complete courses while still in the trial period. If you need a course suggestion, check out IBM Cybersecurity Analyst Professional Certificate. I haven't taken it myself but the topics look perfect for a budding SOC Analyst.

TCM Security (Pen Testing Track Only) - TCM is new to the training market. The Cyber Mentor is all over social media and super giving. Just recently he has changed his course prices to $29.99. The content is great and affordable. A good option for you future pen testers or even SOC analyst who would like to learn a little bit of the offensive side.

PortSwigger's Web Security Academy (Web Attacks) - They are the creators of my favorite web proxy and a big supporter of the bug bounty community. If you are interested in Web Attacks check out their free academy.

TryHackMe (All topics) - This is an awesome resource to learn various aspects of cybersecurity from hacking to incident response topics. This comes with a free option but the monthly subscription provide more access and is a modest $10 per month.

Zero Point Security (Pen Testing) - The notorious RastaMouse has create a couple of courses that are pretty low cost. I have gone through the Red Team Ops material and it covered trade craft for red teaming as the title indicates. Highly recommended. He has also released a new course on C2 development.
